At DocFoundry, we provide digital templates and downloadable business documents. As our products are supplied digitally, they cannot be physically returned.
Digital Downloads
By purchasing a digital product and choosing to access or download it immediately, you acknowledge that delivery of the digital content may begin straight away.
Where applicable under UK consumer law, if you expressly consent to immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that this means losing your statutory 14-day cancellation right once supply begins, that cancellation right will no longer apply after the download or access has commenced.
Problems With Your Download
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a file is faulty, corrupted, materially different from its description, or you experience a genuine problem accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. Where required by applicable consumer law, we will provide an appropriate remedy.
Change of Mind
Once digital content has been supplied or accessed and the relevant consent and acknowledgement have been provided, we generally cannot offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind, no longer require the document, or purchased the wrong template.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review duplicate-purchase requests individually.
