DocFoundry specialises in digital products. Unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page, no physical products are shipped and no postage or delivery charges apply.

How Your Order Is Delivered

After successful payment, your purchased digital product will be made available electronically. Depending on the product and checkout process, this may be through an on-screen download link, email, customer account, or another electronic delivery method stated at the time of purchase.

Delivery Time

Digital products are normally available shortly after payment has been successfully processed. Occasionally, payment processing or technical issues may cause a short delay.

No Physical Shipping

Purchasing a DocFoundry digital product will not result in a physical document or package being delivered to your address unless the product listing specifically states otherwise.
